Operator
The Operator performs manual labor tasks associated with many facets of the job site. Responsible for producing high quality work, safely and productively at all times, and providing feedback to ensure all materials, tools, equipment and information is available for the work. Looks for opportunities for improvement in all tasks, means and methods regarding the work, and is willing to learn from others. Must learn and understand all safety hazards related to the work and also learn to safely and effectively use or operate work related tools and equipment. Will be required to work in a plant operations or construction jobsite setting.
Process Improvement manager
The Process Improvement Manager reports to the facility manager and leads the company training. This position will be in charge of continuous improvement, maintain, and improve organizational performance. They are highly competent process managers who use a variety of skills, such as project design, leadership, and management to ensure performance and process development. They also act as process analysts, business strategists, and project supervisors.
Instrument tech
The Maintenance Instrument Tech is responsible for the preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all facility instrumentation, including control systems, Programmer Logic Controller, control valves, transmitters, electronic to pneumatic transducer, and routine instrumentation tasks such as pumping up transmitter reference tubing, zero/calibration, meter proving, and troubleshooting. Performs a variety of skilled, journey-level duties involved in the inspection, troubleshooting, diagnosis, maintenance, repair, and servicing of instrument components and control systems within the facility.
